Tyson Fury Coming Out Of Retirement, Facing Arslanbek Makhmudov In Comeback Fight
Fury is back.
Former Heavyweight World Champion Tyson Fury is officially set to return to boxing. His comeback fight is scheduled for April 11th against Arslanbek Makhmudov.
The fight will be broadcast by Netflix in the UK and promoted by The Ring.
The Fury/Makhmudov fight was announced by Turki Alalshikh, the Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority. It was in January 2025 that the 34-2-1 Fury announced his retirement from boxing. In early January 2026, he shared his plans to return.
Makhmudov has a 21-2 record. The exact location of their fight has yet to be announced, but it will take place in the United Kingdom.
Netflix in the U.K. is filming the second season of the reality series about Fury’s family titled ‘At Home with the Furys.’ That is set to come out later in 2026.
