IPW Defiance Results (4/21): Multiple Title Matches

Wyatt had been out for the last few weeks with a viral infection that kept him, his brother Bo Dallas, his girlfriend Jojo and Roman Reigns (who reportedly suffered from the mumps) all out for a few weeks. Dallas made his return on Raw this past Monday. Roman Reigns is still not cleared yet after being tested this past week, but is set to return before Survivor Series.

Wyatt had recently been feuding with Finn Balor. with the two feuding for months and were seemingly set to blow off their feud before the infection went down. They were right in the middle of a build towards their alter egos facing one another at TLC. Wyatt had just unveiled “Sister Abigail” who, after all these years, was merely him in makeup and a veil. He was set to face Finn Balor’s demon persona at the PPV, but was scrapped the Friday before the event. AJ Styles took his place.
