Brie Bella Says Women Are On The Path To Headline WrestleMania

It's unlikely that former Divas Champion Brie Bella would be in position to do so, but she still feels like WWE's women are on the path to headlining WrestleMania.

Bella helped spearhead WWE's presence on the E! Network with shows such as "Total Divas" and "Total Bellas." Because so, she's often closely identified with the "Diva era" of WWE's women, which took place until their "Women's Revolution" went into full force. When speaking to Belfast Telegraph recently, Bella said that she sees women main eventing WrestleMania happening, and it not even being a big deal after a while, relatively speaking.

"I feel like for women we're on the way to main eventing WrestleMania. I feel like we're on the way to where it won't even be about the women and the men, but just Superstars. I really love that, and I couldn't be more proud of the women in WWE."

Bella retired from in-ring competition after experiencing her own WrestleMania moment in 2016. Since then she'd had a child, continued her reality series career, and started vlogging on her way to a potential comeback. This summer she stated that her husband Daniel Bryan was helping her train for an eventual return.
