Caio Rocha Expecting To Sign With UFC

MMA

Caio Rocha will be competing this Saturday Night at Titan Fighting Championships 43, where he faces Michel Quinones. Rocha not only expects a win Saturday Night, but a contract offer from the UFC as well.

“My opponent prefers to strike, as do I, so let’s see how it plays out,” Rocha said to MMA Junkie. “I have one more fight left on my Titan contract after this one. Then we’ll see which doors will open up for me. I wouldn’t say going to the UFC is guaranteed. But I do expect that it will happen sooner or later. I’ll keep training and fighting well. I’ll seize the opportunity once it appears, whether it’s this year, or next year. I’m always ready.”

Rocha also knows Quinones is a tall task on Saturday Night.

“Quinones is very tough, with excellent striking,” Rocha said. “He’s a complete fighter. Everyone is complete nowadays. I’m willing to fight one, two, or three rounds. I’m getting the win, no matter what it takes. It’s going to be my game against his, and I know mine is better.”

Titan Fighting Championship 43 takes place on Saturday, January 21 from the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida with Jose Torres and Pedro Nobre headlining.
