Dana White Says Bob Arum Is Senile

UFC President Dana White and longtime boxing promoter Bob Arum haven’t always seen eye to eye on a plethora of topics over the years.

Arum has been outspoken against the upcoming super fight between UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, which has lead to White calling the boxing promoter senile.

Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler Officially Announced For UFC 303, Will Take Place At Welterweight

“This senile fu**’s (Bob Arum’s) quote is ‘LeBron James is the greatest athlete on earth. Now if he fought Anthony Joshua…’ He’s comparing that fight to Conor – if LeBron James fought,” White told Fightful at a media scrum.

For what it's worth, the longtime boxing promoter recently stated that he did learn a few lessons over the years from the UFC.

White has a lot of dislike for Arum, which is why he believes that the boxing personality doesn’t know much about fighting.

“‘Fu**king crazy. At the end of day people who say stuff like that don’t know anything about fighting. ‘You know nothing about fighting,” says White.

Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather takes place on Saturday, August 26 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
