Yoel Romero didn't capture the UFC interim middleweight title on Saturday, but he did make a huge statement with his knockout victory over Luke Rockhold. After pacing himself in the first two rounds, Romero exploded in the third round with a big left hand that knocked the former middleweight champion to the mat. Romero followed that up with a killshot on the ground, turning the lights out on Rockhold.
