First Fights Set For UFC Fight Night 112: BJ Penn, Noguiera, Hendricks, Herrig, More

The first three fights are set for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 112 card as BJ Penn faces Dennis Siver, #10 Ilir Latifi faces #11 Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, #15 Tim Boetsch faces Johny Hendricks, #12 Felice Herrig faces #15 Justine Kish and Jeremy Kimball faces Josh Stansbury.

Penn (16-11-2) will be entering the fight riding a four fight losing streak and he hasn’t won a fight in over six years. Penn is also a former UFC Lightweight Champion and former UFC Lightweight Champion, with his last win coming over Matt Hughes at UFC 123.

Siver (22-11-0-1NC) will be netering the fight on a two fight losing streak and he hasn’t earned a victory in over two years. Siver will also be competing for the first time in over two years, with his last fight coming against Tatsuya Kawajiri at UFC Fight Night 69.

Latifi (12-5-0-1NC) has won three of his last four under the UFC banner, with those victories coming over Hans Stringer, Sean O’Connell and Gian Villante. Latifi has fought all but one of his UFC fights at “Fight Night” events, earning a record of 4-3-0 in those events.

Nogueira (22-8-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Patrick Cummins at UFC 198. Nogueira will be competing outside of Brazil for the first time in nearly three years, with his last stateside appearance coming at UFC On Fox 12.

Boetsch (20-11-0) has won two of his last three fights in the UFC, with those wins coming over Josh Samman and Rafael Natal. Boetsch is currently winless against fighters that have held UFC gold, dropping a fight to former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold at UFC 172.

Hendricks (18-6-0) is currently undefeated in the middleweight division, having defeated Hector Lombard at UFC Fight Night 105. Hendricks is a former UFC Welterweight Champion, having defeated Robbie Lawler at UFC 171 to win the gold.

Herrig (12-6-0) will be entering the fight on a two fight winning streak, having defeated both Alexa Grasso and Kailin Curran. Herrig was a cast member on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 20, but she lost in the quarterfinals to Randa Markos.

Kish (6-0-0) has already won two fights in the UFC, with those wins coming over Nina Ansaroff and Ashley Yoder. Kish also competed twice under the Resurrection Fighting Alliance banner, where she holds a win over fellow UFC fighter Randa Markos.

Kimball (14-6-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a fight to Marcos Rogerio De Lima at UFC On Fox 23. Kimball also competed in Bellator MMA, where he defeated Strikeforce veteran Keith Berry by knockout.

Stansbury (8-3-0) has won just one of two fights in the UFC, defeating Cory Hendricks and suffering a defeat to Devin Clark. Stansbury also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Khalil Rountree Jr.

UFC Fight Night 112 takes place on Sunday, June 25 from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with no main event announced at this time. Fightful will be providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
