How would people like to see the Cruiser weight division booked on Raw?

After the CWC, another tournament would seem tired. Would people get behind a rankings system or league table?

A roster of say 8 competitors face each other one on one over a few weeks, then the top two face off for the title and the bottom two fight for survival
