Man what is Russo talking about??

Saw the video of Russo with Sean Ross Sapp, and Russo claims when you win a title ”it’s not an achievement, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYYYTHING, it’s fake, he’s been written to win it.”

 

If winning a Championship wasn’t an achievement or winning anything, than no wrestler would care about getting a push, or a Championship.  

 

But wrestlers do care, because winning a championship is an achievement, because that company has given them the title over other wrestlers, because the company has deemed that wrestler to be good enough at their craft, that they’ll draw money for their company by giving the title to them. That is the ultimate compliment for that wrestler.  Not to mention due to holding the title, that wrestler will be given a better TV spot, therefore be more likely sell more merchandise, thus making a lot more money for himself.  That’s why it’s obviously an achievement.  Thus, they’ve reached the peak of the business.

 

I like Russo, I’m a fan of him, but why is this hard for Russo to understand, considering he’s in the business?
