Gail Kim Says Impact Wrestling Started The Women's Revolution

Gail Kim, former Knockout Champion for Impact Wrestling and former WWE Women's Champion took to twitter over the weekend to respond to Stephanie McMahon's statement on who started the Women's Revolution in wresting, Here is Gail Kim's tweet:

Kevin Owens To Team With Randy Orton Against Solo Sikoa And Tama Tonga At WWE Backlash

During an interview with SportsCenter, Stephanie credits her husband Paul Levesque aka Triple H as the main reason for the start of the revolution. Gail Kim has her own opinion and feels like Impact Wrestling should get the credit.

As a female wrestler who did her time in the WWE and left because she felt she did not have opportunity there, Kim is someone who has a valid opinion on the matter. She left the WWE for good in 2011 stating that she felt the female talent were being held back.  Kim was the first female to be inducted into theImpact Wrestling Hall of Fame last year and is not currently wrestling right now due to an injury. She hopes to start up again as soon as she is medically cleared.
