Goldberg Teasing Return With Instagram Post

On the night after WrestleMania 33, Goldberg left WWE, but did not rule out the possibility of returning and he may have dropped another hint of a possible return.

Goldberg posted a photo on Instagram where he teased a potential return to the ring at some point in which he hashtags the phrases "Who’s Next," "WCW," "I’m Next" and "Never Say Never." Goldberg said the post came for a photo shoot for DirecTV.

The former Universal Champion did recently tell Bill Apter that he would consider returning again to the company.

"Personally and professionally, it's something that I would have to take into consideration if it was ever presented to me again," Goldberg said. "As far as the physical aspect is concerned, as I sit and look at myself in the gym I ask myself what I am going to do with this? I don't think it's an impossibility, but it could be an improbability to ever get back in the ring, but never say never. Like I said the last time; you never know who is next and you never know what is next."

Goldberg made his return to WWE last fall since leaving the company after WrestleMania 20. He pinned Brock Lesnar in extremely short fashion at the 2016 Survivor Series pay-per-view. He won the Universal Championship after beating Kevin Owens at Fastlane earlier this year, but lost the title to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33.
