Joe Rogan Says Floyd Mayweather Has No Chance Against Conor McGregor In MMA Bout, Has A Chance Against CM Punk

Floyd Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor met inside the boxing ring this past August, with Mayweather getting a tenth round TKO win.

UFC President Dana White says Mayweather vs. McGregor II should happen in the UFC and UFC color commentator Joe Rogan says the legendary boxer has no chance in that MMA fight against the Irishman.

“Whatever the f--- odds Vegas puts on (a McGregor vs. Mayweather MMA fight), that’s cute,” Rogan said on The Joe Rogan Experience MMA Show. “If it’s 10-1, 100-1, I bet it’s going to be like 900-1. Something crazy. ‘Buster’ Douglas was only 42-1  (in the odds against Mike Tyson). If they’re smart, because Conor’s going to kick his legs out – he’s not even going to have a chance to come close enough. Conor’s going to kick his f---ing legs out; he doesn’t have any chance. Then if he decides to shoot in and clinch, he’s going to clinch and he’s going to rag doll him.”

Jeff Mayweather is Floyd’s uncle and he recently stated that his nephew would whoop the ass of pro wrestler turned MMA fighter CM Punk.

Rogan thinks that Mayweather definitely has a shot at defeating the winless professional MMA fighter.

“Listen, if this fight takes place, Floyd doesn’t have a chance. (Against CM Punk), Floyd’s got a real chance,” says Rogan.

Punk is rumored to be returning to action later this year at UFC 225, with Mike Jackson being the potential opponent.
