JR Says Heenan Was Constantly Pooping In Vince's Private Office Bathroom

The late, great Bobby Heenan shuffled off his mortal coil renowned as arguably the greatest manager ever in professional wrestling. To hear a recent anecdote by Jim Ross regarding a regular rib by Heenan, "The Brain" may forever be "number 2" to Vince McMahon.

Ross remembered Heenan during the latest episode of his podcast, The Ross Report. Ross and Heenan worked together regularly on WWE programming in the early 1990s, primarily on tapings of Wrestling Challenge and Superstars -- the two syndicated programs that were considered the flagship of WWE TV before Raw began.

During a conversation with Tony Schiavone, a longtime broadcast partner of Heenan's, JR recalled that Heenan made a habit of arriving at arenas for tapings, promptly heading for McMahon's makeshift office... and dropping a deuce in the toilet.

Ross said as follows:

"In some of those buildings, the older buildings, before they had the automatic flushers, whatever you left... would remain there until it was flushed manually. I don't know how he did this from a nutritional standpoint, but he would, like, save up to do 'number 2', and he always made a beeline to Vince's office. He'd go into Vince's private office in this arena, you've been in it before, I've been in it. All the protein bars and the shakes, it looks like a store, a health food store."

Once inside, Heenan went into full stealth mode.

"Heenan would make a beeline straight for the can, sit down, do his business, be careful that he didn't trip any triggers or nothing so that everything that was left there would be remaining there because, normally, ol' Vince would come in, run right to his bathroom. So that was greeting him," Ross said, adding, "Seriously, he did that all the time."

Heenan passed away on September 17 from organ failure due to complications from throat cancer.
