A lightweight division clash is the latest addition to the upcoming UFC 217 card as James Vick is going to be in action against Joseph Duffy.

Vick (11-1-0) enters the fight on the strength of a two fight winning streak, with those victories coming over the duo of Abel Trujillo and Marco Polo Reyes. Vick has only suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came to Beneil Dariush by first round knockout at UFC 199. Vick also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 15, making it to the semi-finals of the reality show before losing to Michael Chiesa.

Duffy has also previously challenged for the Cage Warriors Lightweight Title, losing to then champion Ivan Musardo by fourth round submission at Cage Warriors 44.

UFC 217 takes place on Saturday, November 4 from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York with Michael Bisping and Georges St. Pierre headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
