WWE Raw Results For 11/27: Roman Reigns Defends The IC Belt, Kane Competes In Two matches, Braun Strowman Is Back & Absolution has Arrived

- The show starts off with a video package highlighting the feud between Kane and Braun Strowman.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring and he has a microphone in hand, Reign says that last week was a big week for him. Reigns talks about how The Shield defeated The New Day at WWE Survivor Series before winning the intercontinental title the following day on WWE Raw, then Reigns shows highlights of The Shield attacking The Miz after WWE Raw. Reigns promises to keep the title even more prestigious than it was before, then Reigns issues an open challenge to the locker room.

The Miztourage come to the entrance ramp with microphones in hand, Dallas criticizes Reigns for disrespecting The Miz. Axel says he has pain in his heart after Reigns won the title, Elias comes out next and he is playing the guitar. Elias says The Miz is a good guy and he says that he will now guide The Miztourage, Elias then promises to win the WWE Intercontinental Title tonight. Reigns accepts the challenge and he tells Elias that he will make him look like Curtis Axel tonight. As Reigns leaves the ringside area, Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring for his upcoming match.

Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro

The match begins with Cesaro doing a little work on the arm of Rollins, Rollins starts to gain control and Cesaro attacks him with stomps in the corner. Rollins catches Cesaro with a cross body before landing some punches, Rollins then traps Cesaro in the corner before stomping away on him. Cesaro drops Rollins gut first on the top rope after Rollins was being admonished by the referee, we got to commercial break and return from it to see Cesaro holding Rollins in an abdominal stretch. Cesaro releases the hold before attacking a downed Rollins with knee strikes, Cesaro follows that up with shoulder thrusts in the corner before putting Rollins on the top rope.

Cesaro goes for a super gut wrench suplex and Rollins blocks it, Rollins shoves Cesaro off the ropes before leaping off. Cesaro catches Rollins to nail him with a back breaker for a near fall, Rollins gets to the ropes and Cesaro yanks him away for another near fall. Cesaro then applies a reverse bear hug to a downed Rollins, Rollins gets free and Cesaro catches him with a back suplex. Cesaro waits for Rollins to get up before nailing him with a headbutt to the midsection, Rollins fights back and he eventually catches Cesaro with a blockbuster. Rollins starts attacking Cesaro with a variety of strikes, Rollins traps Cesaro in the ropes before landing a leg drop that knocks him out of the ring.

Rollins follows that up by crushing Cesaro with a suicide dive as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Rollins nailing Cesaro with a falcon arrow for a near fall. Cesaro nearly throws Rollins into the ref before rolling him up for a near fall, Cesaro then catches Rollins in the Cesaro Swing before locking him in the sharpshooter. Rollins gets to the ropes and Cesaro mauls him with strikes, Cesaro goes for the Gotch style neutralizer and Rollins escapes before landing a kick for a near fall. Cesaro and Rollins exchange strikes while getting to their feet, Rollins then hits a leaping Cesaro with a super kick followed by a knee strike for the three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins

After the match, Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins about the future of The Shield, Rollins says The Shield is as strong as ever and Roman Reigns title reign will not separate them. Rollins then says Dean Ambrose will be back next week and he says The Shield will challenge The Bar for the WWE Raw Tag Team Titles next week.

- Highlights are shown on The Zo Train attacking members of the cruiserweight division last week on 205 Live.

- Backstage, the cruiserweights are speaking with WWE Raw GM Kurt Angle about The Zo Train, Angle announces a tournament to crown a number one contender for the WWE Cruiserweight Title.

- Samoa Joe is shown walking backstage.

Samoa Joe vs. Titus O’Neal w/Apollo Crews

The match begins with O’Neal trapping Joe in the corner while mauling him with strikes, Joe fights back and he nails O’Neal with headbutts. Joe goes for the choke and O’Neal breaks free before landing more strikes, Joe recovers to nail O’Neal with an enzaguri in the corner. Joe follows that up by jabbing away at a downed O’Neal, O’Neal recovers to nail Joe with some more strikes in the corner. O’Neal then drops Joe with a boot to the midsection for a near fall, Joe waits for the ref to intervene on a swinging O’Neal to land a right. Joe locks O’Neal in the rear naked choke and a tap out follows.

Winner: Samoa Joe

After the match, Samoa Joe attacks Apollo Crews and he locks him in the rear naked choke.

- Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows are back pitching merchandise for WWE Shop.

- Highlights are shown of Paige’s return, plus the debuts of Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.

- WWE Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss makes her way to the commentary table for the next match.

- Paige, Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville come out while Mickie James and Bayley are nowhere to be found, while Sasha Banks is alone in the ring. Paige questions where they are before revealing that her team took out James and Bayley backstage, Paige then says tonight’s match is a handicapped match. Alexa Bliss walks away from the commentary table at this time, Paige says she erased the word “diva” from the WWE dictionary and was the matriarch of the women’s revolution in the WWE. Paige says her group in called Absolution before introducing Rose and Deville, Rose has a microphone and she says Paige was here before all the women of the revolution.

Rose then says that they didn’t forget Paige, Deville says that every woman has pushed the envelope and raised the game in the WWE. Deville says nothing would be like it is today if it wasn’t for Paige, which is why they pledged their allegiance to Paige. Paige wants Banks to pledge her allegiance to the new group and Banks says no before attacking Paige, Absolution quickly overwhelms Banks and they beat her up.

- Bray Wyatt appears to tell everybody that he is here.

- Bray Wyatt makes his way to the ring and he has a microphone in hand, Wyatt says he neither had a childhood or celebrated holidays. Wyatt accuses the WWE Universe of being pathetic for celebrating holidays, Wyatt says he has tried so hard to help everybody and now their suffering brings him joy. Wyatt says that none of us are alive and we are all dead, Matt Hardy interrupts and we have our next match.

Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt

The match begins during the commercial break and Wyatt is attacking Hardy with strikes when the break ends, Wyatt then catches Hardy with a running cross body block. Wyatt traps Hardy in the corner before crushing him with an avalanche, Hardy recovers as Wyatt misses a senton bomb. Hardy gets up and he nails Wyatt with a bunch of strikes, Hardy then catches Wyatt with a running clothesline followed by a bulldog. Hardy goes for the middle rope elbow strike and Wyatt blocks it, Hardy then hits Wyatt with a side effect for a near fall.

Hardy shoves Wyatt to the ground before going to the top rope, Hardy misses a moonsault and Wyatt lands Sister Abigail for the three count.

Winner: Bray Wyatt

After the match, Matt Hardy starts shouting “delete.”

- Highlights are shown of Kane attacking Braun Strowman on last week’s Raw air.

- WWE Raw GM Kurt Angle is checking with Jason Jordan to see if his knee injury has healed, Jordan says he is fine and he demands a match with Kane, which Angle agrees to make.

WWE Cruiserweight Title #1 Contenders Tournament Semi-Finals

Ariya Daivari vs. Akira Tozawa vs. Rich Swann vs. Noam Dar

The match begins with Dar and Daivari attacking Swann and Tozawa, Dar and Daivari attack Tozawa with chops in the corner. Tozawa and Swann eventually knock Dar and Daivari out of the ring, Tozawa catches Swann with a roll up for a near fall. Tozawa goes to the ring apron and he nails Dar with a side kick, Swann knocks Tozawa to the arena floor before taking everybody out with a suicide dive. Swann gets Dar in the ring and Dar immediately leaves the ring, Swann follows Dar out of the ring before throwing him into the barricade. Swann gets Dar in the ring and he attacks him with some strikes, Dar tries fighting back and Swann drops him with a drop kick.

Daivari appears from out of nowhere to nail Swann with a spine buster, Tozawa returns to the ring to get taken out by Daivari and Dar. Daivari and Dar catch Tozawa with a hard Irish whip into the turnbuckle, Daivari and Swann nettle on the arena floor until Dar arrives to help Daivari nail Swann with a suplex as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Daivari and Dar working over Tozawa in the ring, Tozawa drops Daivari with a boot to the face before nailing Dar with a standing senton. Tozawa goes to the top rope and Dar meets him up there, Tozawa knocks him off and Daivari goes up there until he is dropped.

Daivari and Dar meet Tozawa on the top rope together, Swann appears out of nowhere and everybody goes down after a tower of doom. Tozawa knocks Dar out of the ring before taking him out with a suicide dive, Daivari nails Swann with a frog splash for a near fall. Tozawa appears and he catches Daivari with a shining wizard, Tozawa hits Daivari with a top rope senton bomb and Dar steals the pin for a near fall. Dar knocks Swann out of the ring before rolling up Tozawa for a near fall, Dar hits Tozawa and Swann drags him out of the ring before a pin attempt. Swann drops Dar with a kick before landing a phoenix splash for the three count.

Winner: Rich Swann

- Elias is shown walking backstage.

- Elias is in the ring and he is going to sing a new song for everybody, the song is dedicated to and about The Miz. Elias then introduces The Miztourage and they all sing a song in tribute to The Miz, Elias prepares for a third song when Roman Reigns interrupts.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match

Roman Reigns (Champion) vs. Elias w/The Miztourage

The match begins with Reigns holding Elias in a headlock, Reigns drops Elias with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Elias backs Reigns into the corner before nailing him with a few strikes, Elias keeps the pressure on Reigns by dropping him with a knee lift. Elias follows that up by sending Reigns into the ring post for a near fall, Elias slows things down by holding Reigns in a chin lock. Reigns breaks free and Elias drops him with a clothesline for a near fall, Elias keeps Reigns down by applying a bulldog choke.

Reigns gets up and he shoves Elias into the turnbuckle a few times, Reigns then drops Elias with a few clotheslines. Reigns traps Elias in the corner before landing several clothesline strikes, The Miztourage interferes and Elias takes out Reigns for a near fall as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Elias holding Reigns in a chin lock, Reigns breaks free and he sends Elias out of the ring. Reigns gets Elias in the ring before taking The Miztourage out with a superman punch and spear, Elias takes advantage to catch Reigns with a top rope elbow drop in the ring for a near fall.

Elias goes for Drift Away and Reigns escapes, Elias responds quickly by nailing Reigns with an electric chair sit out power bomb for a near fall. Elias goes for Drift Away again and Reigns catches him in a roll up for a near fall, Reigns then hits a charging Elias with a superman punch for a near fall. Reigns eats a knee strike before nailing Elias with a spear for the three count.

Winner: Roman Reigns, still the WWE Intercontinental Champion

After the match, Samoa Joe attacks Roman Reigns on the entrance ramp and he quickly chokes him out.

Asuka vs. Dana Brooke

The match begins with Asuka catching Brooke in an arm bar and Brooke immediately taps out.

Winner: Asuka

After the match, Absolution make their way to the ring before surrounding it, they all stare at Asuka before letting her leave the ring.

- Jason Jordan is shown walking backstage.

- Jason Jordan makes his way to the ring and he has a microphone, Jordan addresses a recent knee injury and he says he wasn’t using the injury to avoid a match with Braun Strowman. Jordan says he felt a pop in his knee during the match with Strowman last week, Jordan says his knee is back to normal and he will shutdown Kane tonight.

Jason Jordan vs. Kane

The match begins with Jordan looking for a takedown on Kane, Jordan then hits Kane with a leaping clothesline. Jordan picks up Kane and he plants him into the corner a few times, Jordan then hits Kane with a spear in the corner. Kane recovers and he drops Jordan with an uppercut before knocking him out of the ring, Jordan grabs his knee and screams in pain as the referee counts him out.

Winner: Kane, by count out

After the match, Kane attacks Jordan with a boot to the face as he gets back in the ring, Kane then throws Jordan out of the ring before nailing him with a clothesline. Kane gets Jordan back in the ring and he attacks his injured knee, Finn Balor comes out and we go to a commercial break.

- During the commercial break, Raw GM Kurt Angle makes a match between Kane and Finn Balor.

Kane vs. Finn Balor

The match begins with Balor attacking Kane until Kane drops him, Kane then drops Balor with a hard Irish whip into the corner. Kane traps Balor in the corner before mauling him with strikes, Kane then hits Balor with a side slam for a near fall. Kane slows things down further by holding Balor in a chin lock, Balor fights back to hit Kane with a rope assisted enzaguri. Balor uses a drop kick to knock Kane out of the ring, Balor follows that up by nailing Kane with a suicide dive. Balor keeps the momentum going by throwing Kane into the barricade, Kane grabs a chair and he hits Balor with it to cause a DQ.

Winner: Finn Balor, by DQ

After the match, Kane continues attacking Finn Balor with the chair, Kane wraps a chair around the head of Balor and he goes to the middle rope when Braun Strowman comes out. Kane attacks Strowman with the chair and Strowman is not fazed, Strowman attacks Kane and he knocks him out of the ring. Strowman grabs the ring steps and he nails Kane with them, Strowman gets Kane in the ring and he attacks him with the steel chair. Strowman then hits Kane with a running power slam on the ring steps, Strowman then smashes the chair into the neck of Kane while using the ring steps.
