Al-Hassan Faces Homasi At UFC 218

A welterweight division attraction has been added to the upcoming UFC 218 card as Abdul Razak Al-Hassan is in action against Sabah Homasi.

Al-Hassan (7-1-0) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, defeating Charlie Ward and suffering a defeat to Omari Akhmedov. Al-Hassan has also competed once in Bellator MMA, defeating Bryce Shepherd-Mejia by first round knockout at Bellator 143. Al-Hassan has only seen just one of his professional MMA fights go the distance and that came against the aforementioned Omari Akhmedov at UFC Fight Night 109.

Homasi hasn’t seen one of his fights go the distance in well over five years, with his last fight to go all three rounds coming against Jose Caceres at Championship Fighting Alliance 7.
