Al Iaquinta returns to action in just a few months at UFC 223 and he is going to be facing Paul Felder on that night.

The fighter is willing to fight top ranked lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov, but would like a hefty sum to do so.

“I can guarantee you [Conor McGregor] is not coming back to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov. Guaranteed. And I don’t blame him, I wouldn’t either,” Iaquinta said on The MMA Hour. “You’d have to pay me $1 million dollars right now to fight that f—-ng guy. I don’t want to fight that f----ng guy, did you see what happened to Barboza? Are you f----ng nuts? You want to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov?”

Nurmagomedov is preparing to fight UFC Interim Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson for the undisputed title on the same card Iaquinta fights Felder on.

Iaquinta brings up Nurmagomedov’s last bout against Edson Barboza as a reason he wants so much money to fight the lightweight contender.

“You have to pay me to fight that guy. Now if you paid me I’d go in there and freaking fight him, but, Barboza got paid 70, whatever he got paid. Get the f--k out of here, that’s silly, you’re nuts. The guy is like, I don’t know,” says Iaquinta.

UFC 223 takes place on Saturday, April 7 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
