Bellator Featherweight Champion Daniel Straus Cleared To Compete Again

It has been nearly a year since Daniel Straus defeated Patricio “Pitbull” Freire by unanimous decision at Belllator 145 to become a two-time Bellator Featherweight Champion, it was also the last time he has competed inside the cage due to a broken left hand.

Shortly after disclosing the injury, Straus took to his Instagram account with X-Rays of his injured hand, which saying that it was one of the worst injuries that his doctors had ever seen.

Straus also posted videos and pictures of his hand being operated on, be forwarned that the following videos and pictures are of a graphic nature.

When Straus finally does enter the famed Bellator MMA cage, he will have a lot of top contenders in the featherweight division to defend his championship against.

Bellator MMA officials have yet to announce a return date or opponent for Straus, but that announcement can come just about anytime now.
