Bellator MMA To Hold Two Events On Two Straight Days

The first week of December is going to be a busy one for MMA fans, as Bellator MMA will be holding Bellator 166 on December 2nd and Bellator 167 on December 3rd.

Bellator 166 will be headlined by a bantamweight title rematch as Eduardo Dantas (18-4-0) will be looking to defend the gold against Joe Warren (14-5-0). Bellator 167 will be headlined by a featherweight division attraction as former featherweight champion Pat Curran (22-7-0) takes on John Teixeira (18-1-2).

Warren defeated Dantas for the title in their first meeting back at Bellator 128. The win would make Warren the first ever two division champion in Bellator MMA, he is also a former featherweight champion.

The second night of the Bellator double header, Bellator 167 will see the promotion go up against the UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale that is being headlined by flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson and World Series Of Fighting 35, which is being headlined by heavyweight champion Blagoy Ivanov.

The only other fight announced for the two-night Bellator MMA marathon is a featherweight division fight between AJ McKee and Emmanuel Sanchez, that fight will be taking place at Bellator 166.

Bellator 166 will be taking place on Friday, December 2nd from the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Eduardo Dantas and Joe Warren headlining. Bellator 167 will be taking place on Saturday, December 3rd from the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Pat Curran and John Teixeira headlining.
