- Former unified junior welterweight world champion Julius Indongo has signed a promotional deal with DiBella Entertainment. Indongo hasn't fought since losing to Terence Crawford since last August and will train in Nebraska.

- Junior welterweight contender Antonio Orozco has changed trainers after having weight issues in two of his past three fights. Orozco will now be trained by Manny Robles, who trains WBO featherweight champion Oscar Valdez and WBO super bantamweight champion Jessie Magdaleno.
