Gennadiy Golovkin is back and social media was set ablaze with his return bout.
Golovkin needed just four rounds to win his 35th bout by knockout when he landed a big left hook square on the face of Steve Rolls snd knock him out. The fight was Golovkin's debut on DAZN and with that fight against Rolls out, the former middleweight champion has stated that he now wants another fight against Canelo Alvarez this September. Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya reacted to Golovkin's call-out and fired back at Golovkin on social media, saying that Golovkin should win another title before asking for a rematch.
