Bryan Barberena scored a TKO victory over Joe Proctor on the UFC Fight Pass portion of the UFC Fight Night 108 preliminary card.

With his fourth win in the UFC now a thing of the past, the welterweight star wants some ranked opposition in his next fight.

“The person I was talking about lost, so just going to dust him under the rug and not talk about him anymore,” Barberena told MMA Junkie. “As for who I want next, give me someone with a number by their name.”

In those four wins that Barberena earned in the UFC, none of those came over opponents who were ranked in the welterweight division top 15.

Barberena was originally set to fight a different opponent at UFC Fight Night 108, but the fighter wound up facing somebody else on the card.

“There was someone who I was told wanted to fight me,” Barberena said after the event. “I accepted that fight and then, for some reason, it didn’t happen. He’s on this card tonight. I won’t say his name until we see the results of tonight, but I don’t want him to keep running from me. I’m right here, and I’m ready to take him on, so we’ll see how he does tonight, but I’m ready.”

The only other welterweight division fight on the card was Mike Perry versus Jake Ellenberger.
