Bucky Barber is the father of Maycee Barber, who suffered a unanimous decision loss to Roxanne Modafferi at UFC 246. Maycee also suffered a complete ACL tear either in the first round or second round of the bout, depending on who you believe.
However, one person isn?t taking the loss in stride and that is the aforementioned Bucky, who lashed out at Modafferi and the situation as a whole via Instagram:
There is no official word at this time as to when Maycee is expected back in action, but the current estimate is approximately nine months. The loss was the first for Maycee as a professional MMA fighter, which kept the fighter stuck at #9 in the UFC Women?s Flyweight Division rankings.
