UFC Fight Island 7 has come and gone and medical suspensions for the competitors, including Calvin Kattar and Max Holloway, have been announced.
Leading the list is one-half of the main event, Kattar who was battered for all five-rounds en-route to a lopsided unanimous decision loss to former UFC featherweight champion Holloway. The Boston-born sixth-ranked UFC featherweight received a 180-day suspension after suffering a broken nose.

- Alessio Di Chirico: Suspended seven days (mandatory rest).
- Joaquin Buckley: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days due to knockout loss.
- Puna Soriano: Suspended seven days (mandatory rest).
- Dusko Todorovic: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days due to TKO loss.
- Joselyne Edwards: Suspended seven days (mandatory rest).
- Wu Yanan: Suspended seven days (mandatory rest).
- Carlos Felipe: Suspended seven days (mandatory rest).
- Justin Tafa: Suspended 180 days or until left thumb x-ray is cleared by a doctor; also suspended 30 -days with no contact for 21 days.
