Co-Main Event, Rest Of Card Set For Invicta FC 29

The co-main event has been announced for Invicta Fighting Championships 29 and it is a bantamweight division encounter as Pannie Kianzad faces Bianca Daimoni.

Kianzad (8-3-0) enters the contest on a three fight losing streak, with the last loss coming to UFC veteran Sarah Kaufman at Invicta FC 27. Kianzad hasn’t won a bout in almost three years, as her latest win came over UFC veteran Jessica-Rose Clark at Invicta FC 13. Kianzad also competed twice in the Cage Warriors promotion, defeating the duo of Eeva Siiskonen and Megan Van Houtum.

Daimoni (7-2-0) is going to be making her Invicta FC debut in this fight and also competes for the first time in almost a year. Daimoni has seen her last three fights go the distance and it has been almost three years since the fighter got a finish. Daimoni has earned five of her professional MMA wins by KO/TKO, but the Brazilian has never been beaten by KO/TKO.

Other fights on the card will see Barbara Acioly vs. UFC veteran Pearl Gonzalez, Marciea Allen vs. Julia Avila, Shaianna Rincon vs. Lisa Spangler, Cheri Muraski vs. Liz Tracy, Macy Chiasson vs. Allison Schmidt, Helen Peralta vs. Cheyanne Vlismas and Adriana Vukovich vs. An opponent to be announced.

Invicta Fighting Championships 29 takes place on Friday, May 4 from the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Missouri with Sarah Kaufman and Katharina Lehner headlining. Fightful is proviidng live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
