Coach Indicates CM Punk May Return To UFC This Year

Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk made his UFC debut at UFC 203 and was promptly destroyed by Mickey Gall.

Punk hasn’t been heard from much since the devastating defeat, but now UFC fans may be getting another shot to see the former WWE star in action.

According to coach Duke Roufus, the winless MMA fighter may make his return to the Octagon by the end of the year -- if this tentative schedule proves true.

Roufus posted the following via Instagram:

The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion hasn’t commented on a potential Octagon return and neither has the UFC.
