Dana White: Jon Jones "Has Like 12 Lives"

Just ahead of UFC 200, Jon Jones looked to be in a world of trouble after failing a drug test. Now, it looks like Jones has a chance to dodge a major bullet, according to UFC President Dana White.

White recently appeared on ESPN and said that things are looking up for Jones, who has had trouble with the law for the past couple of years.

"It came out that he had tested positive for something that you get on when you come off of steroids, but that might not be the case now," White said. "I've got to let this thing play out between USADA and the Nevada state athletic commission, but this guy has like 12 lives, it's unbelievable."

Last year, Jones avoided jail time from a hit-and-run incident and was put on probation. More recently, he was involved in a 'drag racing' incident and a heated argument with a police officer that was caught on camera. It led to him being arrested for a probation violation, but ended up with a plea deal that only needs him to complete more community service and an 'aggressive driving' course.

Jones said on Instagram that he is going to be back in the octagon "real soon". Jones has been temporarily suspended, and will have a hearing later this year to determine additional disciplinary action. Jones was flagged for a potential USADA violation in relations to a June 18 out-of-competition test, and was removed from his UFC 200 main event against Daniel Cormier.
