The card is set for Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contenders Series Episode 4, the main event is going to be Phil Hawes facing Julian Marquez in a middleweight division fight.

Hawes (4-1-0) is looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came to Louis Taylor at the World Series Of Fighting 32. Hawes also earned a single victory under the WSOF banner, defeating Joshua Key by TKO at the WSOF 31. Hawes also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, but he lost in the opening round on the reality show.

Marquez (5-1-0) enters the fight riding a three fight winning streak, which includes a win over UFC veteran Matt Hamill. Marquez also competed once in Bellator MMA, where he suffered his lon epro defeat to Chris Harris at Bellator 150. Marquez has only seen one of his six professional MMA fights go the distance, which was the aforementioned loss to Chris Harris.

Other bouts on the card include James Grey versus Kyler Phillips, Carlos Candelario versus Ronaldo Candido, Austin Arnett versus Brandon Davis and John Castaneda versus Cheyden Leialoha.
