The updated rankings for the weight class won?t be revealed until tomorrow, but Calvillo is expected to surge up in a major way, while Eye is expected to go down.
Calvillo was also making her UFC Women?s Flyweight Division debut in the bout and she also defeated an overweight Eye, who came in 0.25 pounds over the flyweight weight limit. Calvillo also holds a win over Joanne Calderwood, albeit at strawweight, and Calderwood is expected to get the next shot at the women?s flyweight title.
