Danny Garcia Wants To Fight The Winner Of Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner

With Manny Pacquiao entering the Premier Boxing Champions stable, a number of fighters are interested in getting in the ring with the future Hall of Famer, including Danny Garcia.

The two-division world champion is coming off a loss to Shawn Porter back in September, making it his second straight loss in welterweight title fights after losing Keith Thurman in 2017. Speaking to BoxingScene.com, Garcia stated that he wants to redeem himself by having a rematch with either Porter or Thurman.

But Garcia also spoke on the possibility of him facing the winner of Pacquiao's reported January 2019 fight against Adrien Broner. Garcia said him having a fight with either man would be a big event and he would be interested in a fight as all three fighters are now fighting under the PBC banner.

?I want a rematch with either Porter or Thurman. I feel like I wanna redeem myself with those. I feel like it?s something I need to do before my career is over. But the winner out of Pacquiao and Broner, I think that would be a great fight for me, too. I think that?s actually ? name-wise, Broner and Pacquiao have big names, and I have a big name, so I think that would be a great, promotional pay-per-view fight. Either or, whoever wins,? Garcia said.

As far as his thoughts on the January fight itself, Garcia called it a "50-50 fight," believing that the winner of the fight will come down to who can outwork who. Such a fight would be for Pacquiao's WBA "regular" welterweight title, giving Garcia another chance at capturing another 147-pound title if he were to fight the Pacquiao-Broner winner.
