Demetrius Andrade and the rest of the main card for the upcoming Matchroom Boxing on DAZN card had no issues when it comes to making weight.
Andrade came in at 159.9 pounds for his WBO middleweight title defense against Maciej Sulecki, who came in at 159.5 lbs. This will be Andrade's second defense of the belt and will also serve as Andrade's homecoming fight as the event is taking place in his hometown of Providence, Rhode Island. Sulecki will be looking to fight to win his first world title.
Not only will the card feature former heavyweight champion Joseph Parker making his Matchroom Boxing debut, it will also feature WBA super flyweight champion Kal Yafai defending his title against Norbelto Jimenez. Both Yafai and Jimenez were able to make weight for their championship bout.
