We have the judges and the referee set for the upcoming super fight between UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather.
Now the singer of the national anthem is set for the event -- recording artist Demi Lovato.
This announcement was first made by Mayweather Promotions, who has handled a lot of the promotion and advertising for the event.
The singer is well known in MMA circles as the former girlfriend of Bellator MMA fighter Guilherme Vasconcelos and former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold.
Lovato is also a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, plus she has been seen seated ringside at many UFC and Bellator MMA events over the years.
In the past, the record artist has also teased a potential MMA fight down the line, although that talk has quieted down a lot over the last few months.
Much like McGregor is making his professional boxing debut in the fight, the musician is making her debut as the singer of the national anthem at a boxing event.
Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather takes place on Saturday, August 26 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
