Eddie Hearn: Winner Of Gabriel Rosado vs. Maciej Sulecki Could Face Demetrius Andrade Next

While WBO middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade may not have an opponent for his next title defense, Matchroom Boxing's upcoming DAZN card may provide a strong clue as to who will be Andrade's opponent.

Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn spoke to media about what's next Andrade and whether or not it will be Gennady Golovkin, who recently signed with DAZN and is the No. 1 contender to the title. But Hearn said it won't be Golovkin who will face Andrade next, but it could likely be the winner of the fight between Gabriel Rosado and Maciej Sulecki. That fight will take place on the undercard of the March 15 DAZN card taking place at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.

?I?m pretty sure that the winner of Saturday?s fight will be the next opponent for Demetrius in June,? said Hearn. ?It?s a massive fight for Gabe and Maciej ? we know that DAZN is the home of the middleweights and these two have the opportunity on Friday to unlock the door to the big time. I expect an absolute war between both men, I think it could be fight of the night and on this card,  that?s saying something!?

Rosado, who sports a career 24-11-1 record, previously challenged for a middleweight world title in the past, but his last title challenge was in 2013 when he was stopped by Peter Quillin in the 10th round of their fight.

Sulecki, who has lost just once in his pro career, is coming off a second-round stoppage victory against Jean Michel Hamilcaro this past November. Sulecki's lone loss came in April 2018 when he lost to Daniel Jacobs on an HBO-televised card Brooklyn.

The March 15 DAZN card will be headlined IBF super featherweight champion Tevin Farmer as he defends his title against Jono Carroll in the main event. Also on the card is women's lightweight title unification between Katie Taylor and Rose Volante.
