Evangelista Santos Auctioning PRIDE Trophy To Help Those Affected The Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a plethora of problems all over the globe, with WorldOMeters reporting that 3,188,596 people diagnosed with the virus and 225,615 people passing away due to the virus.

One of those in the MMA community that is trying to help those affected by the coronavirus is retired fighter Evangelista ?Cyborg? Santos, who is auctioning off his PRIDE trophy and giving the proceeds to those affected by the virus in Cyborg's hometown of Rondonopolis, Mato Grosso, Brazil.

Santos posted the following video on Facebook, announcing the auction for the PRIDE trophy:

Cyborg won the trophy when he scored a first round submission victory over Yosuke Nishijima at PRIDE: Final Conflict Absolute in September of 2006.
