A featherweight division clash is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night Gdansk card as Felipe Arantes is going to be in action against Josh Emmett.
Arantes (18-8-1-2NC) has won two of his last three fights under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over the duo of Yves Jabouin and Jerrod Sanders. Arantes is returning to action for the first time in almost a year, with his last bout taking place at UFC Fight Night 98 in November of 2016. Arantes has spent the majority of his UFC run competing in the country of Brazil, where he holds a 3-2-1 record.
Emmett (11-1-0) is looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came to Desmond Green at UFC 210. Emmett has already earned two wins thus far in his UFC tenure, with those ywo wins coming over the duo of Jon Tuck and Scott Holtzman. Emmett is also a former West Coast Fighting Championships Lightweight Champion, defeating Brandon Ricetti in 2014 to win the gold.
