- Peltz Boxing announced its 50th anniversary show taking place October 4 in Philadelphia at the 2300 Arena. The eight-fight card, promoted by Michelle Rosado, will have unbeaten junior welterweight Victor Padilla in the main event.
- Cuban heavyweight Frank Sanchez will face Puerto Rican Olympian Victor Bisbal in a 10-round heavyweight bout that will replace the canceled Caleb Truax vs. Peter Quillin on the August 31 PBC on Fox card from The Armory in Minneapolis.
- MTK Global announced it will open its first gym in the United States in Tucson, Arizona to be led by Brad Carlton. It is the 11th MTK Global has with the other 10 located in Marbella, Manchester, Newcastle, Scotland, Liverpool, London, Sydney, Johannesburg, Brazil and Kazakhstan.
