- Former IBF super middleweight champion Jose Uzcategui will be fighting Dennis Douglin on September 21 in the main event of a PBC on FS1 card from the Pioneer Event Center in Lancaster, California.
- James Kirkland, who has not fought since a loss to Canelo Alvarez back in 2015, will return to the ring on August 24 and take on Colby Courter in a six-round fight.
- The British Boxing Board of Control has released the following orders regarding several of its British titles:
- Cruiserweight (Champion: Lawrence Okolie): Okolie and Jack Massey will have a purse bid on September 11 to get a fight done before the end of December.
- Light Heavyweight (Champion: Joshua Buatsi): Buatsi and Craig Richards will have a purse bid on September 11 to get a fight done before the end of December.
- Super Middleweight (Champion: Vacant): Lerrone Richards and Lennox Clark will have a purse bid on September 11 to get a fight for the vacant title done before the end of December.
- Middleweight (Champion: Liam Williams): Williams and Andrew Robinson will have a purse bid on September 11 to get a fight done before the end of December.
- Junior Middleweight (Champion: Vacant): Ted Cheeseman and Scott Fitzgerald will fight for the vacant belt on an upcoming card promoted by Eddie Hearn yet to be announced.
- Welterweight (Champion: Chris Jenkins): Jenkins will defend hs title against mandatory challenger Liam Taylor on an upcoming card promoted by Frank Warren yet to be announced.
- Junior Welterweight (Champion: Vacant): After Robbie Davies Jr. vacated the title, Sam O'Maison and Kayamba Prospere will fight on September 7 in London with the vacant British title and O'Maison's English title on the line.
- Lightweight (Champion: Joe Cordina): Cordina will defend his title against Gavin Gwynne in a previously-announced bout set for August 31 at The O2 Arena in London.
- Bantamweight (Champion: Ukashir Farooq): Scott Allan and Marc Leach will fight in a title eliminator on September 19 in Glasgow, Scotland.
- Azat Hovhannisyan and Franklin Manzanilla will fight in a WBA super bantamweight title eliminator on September 5 in Los Angeles.
