- WBO Latino light heavyweight titleholder Lenin Castillo has been added to the MTK Global Golden Contract tournament.

- PBC announced the following card will be televised on FS1 on November 2 from the MGM National Harbor in Maryland. The following fights were announced:

  • Javier Fortuna vs. Jesus Cuellar

- The WBC announced it will make a decision based on Devin Haney's request of an immediate fight against unified champion Vasiliy Lomachenkoat at its annual convention in October.

- Umar Salamov defeated Emmanuel Danso late in the third round to retain the WBO International light heavyweight title in Russia.

- Indonesian promotional company Mahkota Promotion announced that it will have a card in Batu in November 17 headlined by Daud Yordan taking on an opponent to be named at a later date. Also on the card is WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental featherweight titleholder ​Ongen Saknosiwi, but no opponent was named.
