- Super featherweight contender Lamont Roach Jr. has signed an extension to his promotional deal with Golden Boy Promotions. Roach is currently preparing for his first world title fight against WBO champion Jamel Herring on November 9 in Fresno, California.

- The parties for both WBA minimumweight champion Knockout CP Freshmart (real name Thammanoon Niyomtrong) and mandatory challenger Jose Argumedo have requested for an extension on negotiations for a title fight and suspend a purse bid scheduled for August 16, which the WBA approved.

- Former lightweight world champion Terry Flanagan will face Ghanian national super featherweight champion Michael Ansah on the October 11 MTK Global show at Ulster Hall in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
