- Two-time Olympic gold medalist Robeisy Ramirez will make his pro debut on the undercard of the August 10 Top Rank on ESPN+ card from Philadelphia.

- WBO Asia Pacific bantamweight champion Yuki Strong Kobayashi is planning to defend his title in December. It would be his first fight since defeating Ben Mananquil back in May to capture the belt.

- According to the British Boxing Board of Control, British welterweight champion Chris Jenkins will defend his title against Paddy Gallagher on August 3 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The winner of the fight must defend the title against Liam Taylor by the end of September or the title may be declared vacant.

- In other BBBofC news, Sam O'Maison and Kayamba Prospere will have a British junior welterweight title eliminator on September 7 in York Hall, London where O'Maison's English title is on the line. The current champion, Robbie Davies Jr., is ordered to defend his title against Philip Bowes and the two will have a purse bid on August 14.

- Kieron Conway has signed a promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing. Conway has not fought since June 21 when a fight against British junior middleweight champion Ted Cheeseman ended in a split draw.

- EBU European bantamweight champion Georges Ory will defend his title against Karim Guerfi on November 15 in Pessac, France.
