- James Tennyson will face Atif Shafiq for the vacant WBA International lightweight title on August 31 as part of the undercard for Vasiliy Lomachenko vs. Luke Campbell at The O2 Arena in London.

- Below are the confirmed fights for the Lomachenko vs. Campbell card, which will be streamed on ESPN+ in the United States:

  • Vasiliy Lomachenko vs. Luke Campbell: Unified WBA, WBC, WBO lightweight title
  • Charlie Edwards vs. Julio Cesar Martinez Aguilar: WBC flyweight title
  • Hughie Fury vs. Alexander Povetkin: Heavyweight bout
  • Joshua Buatsi vs. Ryan Ford: WBA International light heavyweight title

- After winning his last fight on August 23, super featherweight contender Abraham Nova will fight in Belgium later this year as part of the undercard for an interim WBA cruiserweight title bout between Ryad Merhy and Imre Szello. 

- A fight between Joseph Parker and Derek Chisora is currently in the works and could take place in October if finalized.

- According to a report from ESPN, rising junior middleweight contender Chordale Booker recently suffered a torn Achilles and is expected to be out for at least nine months after undergoing surgery.
