Macfarlane (6-0-0) has already earned a total of five wins under the Bellator MMA banner, with those wins coming over Maria Rios, Amber Tackett, Rebecca Ruth, Emily Ducote and Jessica Middleton. The first fight between Macfarlane and Ducote took place at Bellator 157, that win came by way of unanimous decision. Macfarlane gained notoriety before signing with Bellator MMA for the “soccer mom fight,” where she defeated a vastly unprepared Katie Castro in January 2015.

Ducote (6-2-0) enters the fight on the strength of a two fight winning streak, with those wins coming over Jessica Middleton and Katy Collins. Outside of the loss to Macfarlane, the only other loss Ducote has suffered as a professional MMA fighter came to Emily Whitmire at Freestyle Cage Fighting 50 in September 2015. Ducote has already held two titles in her career, as she is a former Xtreme Fighting League Women’s Flyweight Champion and a former Oklahoma City Fight Night Women’s Flyweight Champion.

Bellator 186 takes place on Friday, November 3 from the Bryce Jordan Center At Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania with Ryan Bader and Linton Vassell headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Spike TV.
