The vacant Invicta FC Flyweight Title will get a new owner in the main event of Invicta FC 34 as Vanessa Porto is in action against Pearl Gonzalez.
Porto (20-8-0) enters the contest on the strength of a two fight winning streak, having defeated the duo of Milana Dudieva and Mariana Morais. Porto has twice before challenged for the Invicta FC Flyweight Title, losing those bouts to the duo of Barb Honchak and Jennifer Maia. Porto has seen ten of her professional MMA fights go the distance, with the fighter winning five and losing five of those encounters.
Gonzalez (9-3-0) is undefeated thus far under the Invicta FC banner, having defeated the trio of Kali Robbins, Barbara Acioly and Daiane Firmino. Gonzalez went winless during a two fight stint with the UFC, dropping bouts to the duo of Cynthia Calvillo and Poliana Botelho. Gonzalez has picked up nine wins as a professional MMA fighter and five of them have come by way of submission.
