Georges St-Pierre not only returned to the cage after a four-year layoff, he returned to capture the middleweight title, becoming only the fourth man in UFC history to hold belts in two different weight classes. St-Pierre's third round submission victory over Michael Bisping may not have shocked many given his status as the favorite entering the fight, but the manner in which he did it certainly raised eyebrows.
