Former professional MMA fighter Gina Carano has kept busy since leaving the sport, primarily working as an actress and starring in many feature films.
Carano recently posted a nude image of herself of Instagram, which would be taken down by the social media site, which didn’t make Carano very happy.
So that’s what it’s like to be censored for no reason. Pic was taken down by Instagram. There’s much more important news today but that was some classic bullshit. The whole post was about freedom of expression. Violating zero rules. Ironic. Feels like I graduated. -- Thanks Karen pic.twitter.com/hJDn4Vph49

Instagram claimed that the photo was taken down due to their “zero rules” policy when it comes to posting nude photos:
“We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.”
Another person who wasn’t happy with what Carano did was Renzo Gracie, who said the following:
Renzo Gracie doesn't like when Gina Carano posts some sexy photos.

And this is silly, because every photo of Gina Carano is a sexy photo imo. pic.twitter.com/GKDczD1JbA
While Carano has already responded to Instagram’s decision to remove the photo, no response has been issued to Gracie at this time.
