A featherweight division attraction is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night 106 card as Godofredo Pepey will be seeing action against Kyle Bochniak.
Pepey (13-4-0) has won four of his last five under the UFC banner, with the most notable wins coming over Andre Fili and Mike De La Torre. Pepey made it to the finals of the UFC Ultimate Fighter Brazil 1, but he lost to Rony Jason in those finals. He started off his professional MMA career on an eight fight undefeated streak, with seven of those wins being first round finishes.
Bochniak (7-1-0) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, defeating Enrique Barzola and suffering a defeat to Charles Rosa. Bochniak spent his entire professional MMA career in CES MMA and the UFC, he won six fights in the CES MMA promotion and he competed in three straight events for the promotion. Bochniak also fought four times as an amateur, but only earned two victories, those two wins came over Max Barrett and Angel LaBoy.
UFC Fight Night 106 takes place on Saturday, March 11 from the Centro de Formacao Olimpica do Nordeste in Fortaleza, Brazil with Kelvin Gastelum and Vitor Belfort headlining, the main card airs live on Fox Sports 1.
