Henry Cejudo has stepped into the cage before with UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson, suffering a first round TKO loss at UFC 197.
When it comes to a potential super fight between Johnson and UFC Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw, a confident Cejudo says the flyweight kingpin would reign supreme.
?I have Demetrious by a landslide, to be honest with you,? Cejudo said on The MMA Hour. ?I think Demetrious? speed, he?s intelligent, nothing to take away from T.J. I?ve said it before, I think it?s just a weight issue. I think it?s T.J. getting down those extra 10 pounds and how he recovers the next day. I think that?s the biggest factor in that fight.?
While Cejudo and Johnson have clashed in the Octagon before, a bout with Dillashaw has never materialized for the flyweight contender.
Cejudo has heard a lot of people speak out against the potential super fight, but he feels different about the clash of the champions.
?As a competitor, as someone in the weight class, I think it?s good,? Cejudo said. ?I think its cool that they do fight, but I feel like I already know the outcome.?
There is no date set yet for the potential super fight, but Johnson did reveal that negotiations have begun for the bout.
