Ian McCall: "Duh, Jon Jones Is On Steroids"

MMA

Oh, Ian McCall went there.

McCall has no qualms with leaving the business of mixed martial arts behind. McCall has said explicitly that his next injury could signify the end of his career. If that's the case, 'Uncle Creepy' is going out with a bang. In a recent interview, McCall took aim at the United States Anti-Doping Agency's testing policies.

“I enjoy the fact that they test people as avidly as they do,” he said. “They show up at my house, which is 6 in the morning, they test you. It’s what we need, but at the same time, they’re kind of overstepping their boundaries. This whole checking-in thing – the whereabouts -- they have to know where we are at all times. I get a text message every night that says, ‘You’re going to be here at this time.’ One day I wasn’t here for afternoon practice, and the guy showed up and tried to yell at me. And I’m like, ‘I’m at my fucking house, napping. The coach gave me the day off. How about you go fuck yourself? I live half an hour away. It’s your job to get my pee, drive down and get it.’"

McCall wasn't done there. He flat out said that Jon Jones and Brock Lesnar were on steroids. It's worth noting that the interview is from late July, before the recent breakthrough of Jones possibly having 'good news' surfaced.

“Duh, Brock Lesnar is on steroids. Duh, Jon Jones is on steroids,” McCall told Champions.co. “There’s the smell test. You look at the picture of Jon from so long ago to now and like, ‘Is no one else – am I fucking retarded? Am I the only person who sees this?"

McCall will take on #15 Flyweight Ray Borg at UFC 203 on September 10.
