Invicta Fighting Championships 31 takes place this Saturday Night, with Virna Jandiroba defending the strawweight title against Janaisa Morandin.

While the majority of the card is going to be streaming live on UFC Fight Pass, it is the first bout on the card that will stream live on Facebook.

That bout is going to be a bantamweight division attraction between Chantel Coates and Ashlynn Kleinbeck, who are both making their professional MMA debuts.

Shannon Knapp, who serves as the Invicta FC President, says that the promotion had been looking at Facebook as a streaming option in the past.

”We’ve considered streaming fights on the Invicta Facebook page in the past, but felt that this card and this matchup created the perfect opportunity to present it to our fans,” Knapp said in a statement to MMA Fighting. “Invicta has always strived to showcase the sport’s top stars, but also bring attention to the stars of tomorrow. Chantel and Ashlynn will both be making their pro debuts, so fans watching on Facebook will get a taste of what it’s like to be at the beginning of that journey.”

Invicta Fighting Championship 31 takes place on Saturday, September 1 from the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Missouri with Virna Jandiroba and Janaisa Morandin headlining.
