Invicta Fighting Championship 34 is over and a new flyweight champion has been crowned as Vanessa Porto defeated UFC veteran Pearl Gonzalez to win the gold. The win didn’t come without controversy, as the bout was ended prematurely after Gonzalez accidentally poked Porto in the eye and the fighter couldn’t continue, meaning the winner was determined via technical decision.
Karina Rodriguez and DeAnna Bennett would also advance to the finals of the flyweight title #1 contender tournament, defeating UFC veteran Milana Dudieva and Miranda Maverick.
